Here its around 600 dollars a month for monday - friday 8 hours a day.
I am babysitting for a really good friend right now at her house, sha has a 3 year old and a 1 year old and I charge her 45 dollars a day. I also have her sisters 4 year old and I charge her 25 dollars a day for him. I only babysit them 3 weeks out of the whole year while they wok shut down at a saw mill otherwise my girlfriend is a stay at home mom and she watches her sisters boy for 20 dollars aday. ↑ |
| Thanks for the input. If I were to charge her like $30 a day mon-friday that would be $600 a month. And that was kind of what I was thinking was around $25-$30/day. They will be 9 hour days starting at 6:30am probably, so I'd like to get a little something out of it, even though she's my best friend. ↑ |
| my 6 month old, Chloe, goes to a home daycare currently and it costs $225/week. It is more expensive for a center (around 270-300). i live in alexandria, VA, but my kids go to school/daycare in Bowe, MD. luckily, my son will be starting Kindergarten in sept., so i'll get some relief. oh, i pay $185/week for my son. ↑ |
| Wow, it seems like you pay a lot Tasha. I got a hold of my cousin who does home day care in my town and has for years. She only charges $3.00/hour or $25/day depending on the parents schedules. Want to move to Ontario? I'll look after your kiddos for much less than you're paying!!! lol ↑ |
| Its 2.50 an hour here. I have to leave my two smaller kids at the sitters when I have to go to the dr. and thats average. We are in NE. The price goes up if the boy isn't pottytrainded. or is an infant.of course.its 3.50 an hour. hope this helps ↑ |
