I am due to have my first baby on September 30th. I am so excited! I can't wait for my little gem to arrive! I am starting to feel a little worse for wear physically though. I am so tired all the time, and my back is aching constantly. I am also craving some really weird foods...like pickles and ice cream, and peanut butter on pretzels!

I'm due Spetmeber 30th, too! This is my second and I don't find it to be so bad but I think that's because I had a better idea of what to expect this time around. But, we've had a pretty intese heat wave this last week so my swelling feet and hands grew to epic porportions. LOL! Thankfully, it's cooling down now so my swelling is a bit more manageable. As for cravings, I'm allergic to peanuts, so I can't help you with that craving but I was all over the pickles and ice cream. More specifically, chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with pickles sliced and mixed in. I think that at any other time the idea of the two would just be revolting but right now I can't think of anything better! LOL! Maybe I'll go get my self a bowl right now...

Hi babymamma-
I'm due October 12. I too have cravings-although-it's for foods that I never used to eat-like pizza and dorritos-food that isn't too healthy. I am also tired. It's been difficult sleeping. My motivation has gone down hill too. I never feel like working out-I'm getting lazy!

I am due with Baby #2 on Sept. 30 too! I agree with you Crazy_Girl01 about feeling different this time. I don't feel as tense this time. I can't say that I have cravings like that! I just love chocolate milk shakes with bananas. At the beginning of my pregnancy i had to have taco bell, but now that it is so hot i am leaning toward Tomatoe Sandwiches (yummy). Good Luck to everyone!

I am due October 12th, and I my hormones are all over the place, I am worried because I am a smoker and cant' seem the kick the habit. any suggestions.

Try going cold turkey to quit smoking. Its the easiest way I found. All the other methods just tease you too much! Think of your baby and how important it is to stop. Try "smokin" celery sticks instead. worked for me!

to: unsure, I too was a smoker before all 3 of my pregnancies, with my first one, I didn't have a choice, the cigarettes made me sick, which is how I found out I was pregnant. Try going on a site and learning about how cigarettes affect the health of your child. It is worth it to quit. I quit the day I found out I was pregnant with these last 2 pregnancies.

Hi! I am due on October 5th, but due to the size of my little one (it's a she), the doctor said that he will probably take her by the 25th of Septrember! Talking about swelling??? I haven't seen my ankles since week 12. My feet look like an elephant's, I have to work until two months prior to delivery, and no shoe fits my feet. The skin is so sensitive, that it cracks around the ankles and water comes out. Sometimes I cry against the pain, and I lift my feet against the headboard of the bed, but it doesn't do much, not to mention that I live in Greece, it's summer, and the lowest temp during day time is 36-38 Celcius!!! I feel like bursting real soon, and unfortunately neither deprivation of salt or walks to the point of dropping dead - tired help me much. I used to be 58 kilos... I am 73 now. Starving, but seems to grow with inhaling air. No craving thank God, except lots and lots of watermelon... have patience and I wish you all and your little ones the best!!!
