ive seen alot of you women on here talking about EPO and some kind of oil, i guess used to help bring on labor..i have no idea what any of you are talking about or what it is..was just wondering if somone could help so i'd understand better..thanks in advance

Evening Primrose Oil. Softens your cervix. A softer cervix dilates faster. : ) Never used it, but I'm sure you could Google it.

i used the epo pills only twice. it helps ripen/soften the cervix, not start labor. like i said i put the gel tabs up there twice, once a week before my water broke and once the night before. who si to say if it really helped at all. it has the same proprties of sperm, thats why they suggest sex, for the sperm to help ripen the cervix and the orgasm to help start contractions.. and the castor oil thing im against so .. yeh

EPO is evening primrose oil. Doesn't bring on labor helps to soften the cervix and can even help as far as labor goes. It is said to make labor go faster, not to bring it on though.
