I had my first natural and my second by Ceserean. And I am expecting again. I talked to my friend who had a V-Back and she was telling me that when she had the second child, even though she chose not to have a C-Section, the process with the hospital she delivered at, was to make sure that a Operating room was available the whole time she was in labor in case she ruptured. So, twice while she was in the pushing process, they made her stop pushing because other people had gone into the Operating room to have their C-Sections, therefore she had to stop her labor, literally, until the rooms were available again. She said it was a horrible experience. I am not going to attempt it, especially since I just had my last one in February, 2008. C-Section is the way I am going. Good luck to you.

I had my first baby vaginal and my 2nd C-section. Then 8 years later had my 3rd vaginal and 4th vaginal and am now pregnant with #5 and will go vaginal again! I was never told that a surgical room had to be open or was never told to stop pushing they just treated it like any other birth! My sugestion would be to talk to your Dr and see how they handle it where your baby will be born!
