My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and moved in together April 21st. Ever since that day, we have had sex every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and yes we do have it unprotected. A doctor told me as a teenager that I had a low hormone balance and that chances are whenever I decided the right time was for a baby, that I'd have a very hard time getting pregnant. Ever since I was 10 (which was my first period), my Menstrual Cycle does not come every month. I normally have my period 7 to 10 times a year. My last cycle was the very beginning of April, and before that it was mid February. The only way I get my period 10-12 times a year is 1. if my body is fortunate to work that way or 2. low dosage birth control pills. My first time was with this same man, a year into our relationship and it was unprotected as well- I did not conceive then. I felt the need to describe that as it might be helpful in anyone answering my questions- for the last 3 days I've had massive amount of cramping in my abdomen. The last 2 days I have felt a series of headaches and diarrhea. Today I have felt nauseated all day and dizzy off and on along with those other things as well. I tested This past saturday morning and recieved a negative on my pregnancy test, however I'm aware it can take time for a woman to find out if she's pregnant. Could these be possible symptoms of pregnancy or PMS? I'm almost 22 years old- and I'm unaware of how the female body works. Any suggestions of what I should do? Anything would be very helpful. Thanks.

hello. you may want to call the doctors office and atleast talk to the nurse and see what she has to say.
growing up i had sometimes only 4 periods a year and the dotors i saw back then said i had a stress disorder but i found out last year by my new doctor that i have whats called pcos ( polycystic ovary syndrome ).
if your trying to have a baby you may want to do what i did and ask your doctor to do a full work up to see whats going on and if you need extra help conceving, if your not already expecting. i wish you the best of luck and hope this helps.

the nausea and dizzyness didnt come for me till i was about 3 months. My first sign that made me think I was pregnant was my boobs were sooooooooooo sore. even before my missed period. I mean they were so sore i couldnt even hug my boyfriend. I was also very tired. all i wanted to do was sleep. but everybody is different. would be a good idea to talk with your dr. they can do other tests than just a pee stick to tell if you are pregnant. good luck!
