Hi there I am 19 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to put on lots of weight... I'm eating quite healthy but I'm literally "eating for two" I can't stop! Is it safe to exercise while I am pregnant? I just want to stay in shape and not hold onto an extra 15kgs of ugly wobbly fat through my pregnancy. Help me!

First of all congratulation for your pregnancy Valentina! Being active during your pregnancy is really important and can also reduce the physical discomforts of backache, constipation, fatigue, and swelling; can improve your mood and self-image; and can even help you sleep more soundly. I advice you: Stretching – No matter which exercises you select, you must always stretch. Yoga - being calm, peaceful, and relaxed are all healthy benefits to you and your baby, Swimming - a totally non-impact style of workout. Swimming exercises the entire body at once, is great cardio, and helps oxygenate and stretch the muscles, and also running, walking... Hope its helpful! Have you picked any baby names yet? You should have a look at http://www.bounty.com/babynames/ where you can search names by meaning and origin, plus its got a list of top 100 names for boys and girls. I really hope things go well for you hun. xx

Hi Bounty, nice to meet you. Thanks for the advices and for the interesting link!
I've had a quick glance to the babynames section but I found more interesting the Me Time page with the Pregnancy Fitness Guide http://www.bounty.com/Me_Time/Health.aspx
How Far Along Pregnant are you?

The pleasure is mine!
I just had my first baby, a little boy called Marlow, and and my life couldn't be happier.
Someday you’ll ask yourself what you did before your baby arrived and you’ll hardly be able to remember.
Do you already know the sex of your little babies?

What a sweet name! I don't want to know the gender of my baby until he or she actually is born. No peaking for me, I want to get the ultimate surprise of finding out whether the baby is a boy or girl when my husband holds the baby in his arms for the first time. Yes, I'm all about surprises!
