Hey Heather thanks for the idea what kind of pillows did you use. Emily

I have had back aches for 20 years,...What I've used before preg works well. I do yoga, warm baths, swim (gently) to get full range of motion, massage therapist when in agony, and recently a small body rolling ball. A soft ball that you can put between you and the back of a chair to apply gentle pressure to sore areas. Good Luck.

Check with your OB before doing this, but I heard that going to the chiropractor helps. I know MANY women that have done it, and they have all had wonderful pregnancies, whether it was their first, second, or fifth!! At different stages of the pregnancy, the chiropractor works on different areas of your back and spine. I am trying it! :) Best of luck!

lena yeah i hear ya about lying down it's difficult to do sometimes. Not only that once you do lie down it's tough to get comfortable. How much longer do you have?
