how do we know if we're stressing too much and what can we do to ease our worries even though they bother us?

Hey elizabeth how are you hun? Well if your not sleeping enough or eating right you may be stressing too much. Try and get some exercise or maybe a massage.

but how do you know when you stress? ex: this morning i got mad because i couldnt get ahold of my fiance. he wanted me to deposit a check and didnt leave the account #. i kept calling and calling him and i was getting more aggrivated by the second...is that stress?

Yeah hun that sounds like stress to me. Do you usually get headaches or anything. Sometimes i do.

Elizabeth dear--there are so many kinds of stress.... There really isn't one way to know for sure. If you are upset about somthing more than normal--I would call that stress. I know it is harder for some people to calm down, but for me--I just re-focus and do something else. Sometimes whatever you are stress out about, just has to wait until later! You kinda have to choose if it is something to really be stressed over! Stress is never good for a baby and maybe it you just sit down and take some deep breths and re-think it..(and think of that baby in there all stressed out) you can get up and go do something else...You will have to come back to the issue, but later when you have calmed down and maybe after talking it through with someone! I always like to talk to someone about it and see what they suggest....that might be a good place to start!
