HI everyone.
I put a post in here a while ago saying i need to talk.
I have not been sick now for two weeks.
But before that i have only been sick a couple of times since trying to stop.
I hope my story helps you realise that you can stop if you really put your mind to it anything is possible.

I only started to sort myself out when i joined this site because i had support which i needed and it was the first time i had talked about my problem and why i do it.
