I can tell you from experience that if you are not happy with yourself now, no number on the scales will help you with that. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy, but its not what you look like on the outside that should determine how you feel about yourself. Start by telling yourself that you deserve to be happy, and create a no fail environment around you. Dont start dieting, you probably know by now that they dont work. This has to be your lifesyle, and you have to start liking the person you are, regardless of your weight. You can do it. Good luck. ↑ |
