You are going about it ALL WRONG!!!! You can't starve yourself and lose weight,it doesn't work that way. By starving yourself you are encouraging your body to hold onto every little morsel you put in your mouth not to mention depriving your body of alot of nutrition it needs. My guess is you probably aren't even overweight at all. You just think you are in your own mind. What you should do first is go to the doctor and get a physical. This will be a great starting point because you will find out then if you are truly over or under weight. If you are truly overweight then the best thing you can do is NOT starve yourself, but instead eat healthy foods,a variety of choices everyday, and do some sort of exercise a few times a week. Once you have your supper, don't eat 2nd's and be done eatting for the night. Stop all consumption of soda unless it is Diet Rite. Drink Crystal Light also. Your doctor can offer you a weightloss plan as long as losing weight is in your best interest. But if you don't really need to lose but just maintain your current weight, your doctor can also tell you how not to gain. Eatting right and healthy and exercising is really the only solution to weightloss, not depriving yourself of food. All starving does is kills your energy and puts you in a bad mood because you are so hungry all the time. And eventually you will cave and go nuts and eat everything in sight! Not a good way to go at all. There's a right way and a wrong way. You have tried the wrong way,now go see your doctor and try the right way! :) ↑ |
