You should tell your doctor. Her job is not to judge you but to treat you. Everything will be treated confidentially. I first told my doctor I was bulemic when I was 19 years old. I couldn't get out the words without crying and she was so glad I told her and couldn't wait to get me help. I really needed it.

I had a hardtime sticking to 800 calories at one time when I was dieting,I couldn't imagine surviving off 200!!!! There's no way,800 calories isn't even that much food!

Question: Do you count your calory intake and that is what you limit yourself to? or is it that because you are having this problem, which I also have, it won't let you keep what you eat because of the idea of gaining weight kills your mind? I have been bulimic for 10 years already, on and off but more on, I would like to help in any way I could if you are not able to seek for professional help.
