Im sure you will loose weight eating that little and exercising but in order to keep from being malnourished you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. There are better ways to loose weight than crash dieting - when you do that you only loosing muscle mass not fat so the second you start to eat normally again you'll gain it all back plus more because you also slow down your metabolism by starving yourself. How tall are you? 140 lbs doesn't sound like you are that overweight. That is a normal weight for someone about 5'5 or 5'6 which is average for most girls. I know all you can think about is being thin (trust me I lost 25 lbs by exercising and dieting (the proper way) but developed bulimia because I was so obsessed with staying thin - I am still struggling everyday to keep myself from continuing the binging and purging. Please do not make the same mistake I made - eating healthily and exercising will help you loose weight not starving yourself. ↑ |
this is why ppl dont respond becuase a lot of ppl on this site are trying to get better, i mean look at this you have been posting this stuff alot and ppl are trying to gett better and it is hard for them to get batta when you are writing things like this.....
