I've lost a stone in 2weeks due to an eating disorder, i starve myself all day and when i sit down to eat the family meal i stuff my face until my stomach hurts and then make myself sick until it all comes up. I promise myself everyday to eat a proper meal and not make myself sick but when i eat i feel so ashamed that i throw it all strait back up. I really cant controll it, it's like its taken over my whole life and my mind. I need someone to talk to about it ↓

Im 25. I feel so ashamed of mysels as i have 2children, and im petrified they'll pick up on my disorder ↑
