i am 14 and i weigh 129 pounds i went on south beach diet and lost a whole bunch but within a week had gained it all back even though i was sticking to the diet im scared that i will become obese and i have have alot of trouble exercising what should i do!!!!!!!

try a different diet. theres a bunch of different ones out there, maybe south beach just wasn't the right one for you

I agree with "try again" (nice name by the way) If you find that the south beach diet isnt working...try something different. Theres TONS out there. Find what works best. But, the key thing to remember is that no matter what you choose, you have to stick with it. Stay Strong!

all you have 2 do is eat healthy...everything in moderation. if you feel like chocolate, have one square. for meals eat healthy, have vegies and a small piece of meat. for lunch have a nice fresh salad or salad sandwich or something similar. eat breakfast!!! that kick starts your metabolism and helps to burn fat. if you want to have a snack, dont deny yourself because eventually, the craving will overcome you and you'll eat heaps of bad stuff, instead of just a little and exercise a little each day...even if its just going for a walk, or dancing around your room, or skipping or playing with a pet or anything like that. if you wanna chat, email me..... don't worry about losing weight at your age. i am 17 years old and weigh 129 pounds also. i know it sounds like a lot but its not. just watch what you eat and eat small meals. you don't have to eat a lot but always remeber to eat smal portions...and always feel like having chocolate.

being 14 and 125-130 pounds is average.
If you're dieting make sure its healthy and safe.

get a different diet.maybe the diet isin't good for you.there are lots of cooool diet you could try.try workingout 3 days for 30 minutes every week!be coool

129 is not in any way overweight! My weight in highschool was 130-135 and I wasn't overweight then. My weight problems were when I was a kid and again after highschool but that was due to being non active and over eatting.
