hi everyone. im 15 and weigh 163 pounds. I love being with my friends but they are all really skinny, so one of my thoughts was to not eat, or at least eat a yoggurt in the morning, drink at lunch (something with low calories) and a snack or something at night. I thnk i was intaking an average of 500 calories a day. After a month period i lost 15 pounds. I was so happy with myself. but now i have gained most of it back, because my parents were watching me, but im thinking aboutt going back to my normal sschedule on yogurt, drink, snack....but im not sure what to do. I have a teacher who has alwasy been there for me, adn i want to talk to her, but i dont know how, because i dont want her to think im ridiculous or anythign liek that, we have talked once before adn she said she would always be there if i needed to talk, but i dont know how to go back again and and try to talk to her about it???. I dont know what to do. It seems as if i should jsut eat as litttle as i can. Thats they only way i seem is good. Can you please help me. and give me your advice. I would love it more than you would ever know.

TONIA, I WOULD LOVE TO HELP. MY SISTER STOPED EATING AND SHE WOUL MAKEHERSELF THROW UP TO LOOSE WEIGHT. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A GOOD BREAKFAST FOR EXAMPLE CEREAL, FRUIT, FRENCH TOAST WITH MILK, YOU KNOW SOMETHING SATISFYING TO YOUR TUMMY, AND HAVE A LIGHT SNACK FOR LUNCH, LIKE A SANDWICH OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND IF YOU HAVE A LIGHT DINNER YOU SHOULD BE GREAT. THE SECRET IS TO HAVE DINNER AROUND 5PM. AFTER 5PM DONT EAT ANYTHING ELSE. FRUIT IS OK WATER TOO. BUT SEE IF YOU EAT AFTER 5 THAT NORMALLY WHEN WE LAY DOWN AND WATCH TV AND NEXT THING WE KNOW WE GO TO BED. YOUR BODY DOENST EXCERCISE AFTER THAT TIME YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. LIsten to Mommy Karen she is absoultly write! The key is to eat healthy and not to over indulge, try getting rid of the junk food and replacing carbonated drinks with a low sugar non carb drink. Some of the advice you will recieve on here is verry knowalageable and comes from people who really care, so pleas take it!

well tonia at this age that's when most girl teenagers think about being anorexic. the yoggurt in the morning is healthy but you need to eat a balanced 3 meal a day because when you eat an unhealthy way like that, when you start to crave for somehting sweet all the junk for adds on to your fat which isn't healthy. if you eat 3 healthy meaals a day and don't snack between and drink milk and water and exercise you'll do fine.
