| Terri my daughter is working on her web page, it ia all about animals not one in particular. I will have her put a link to your site on her page. Also about the tastless stunt Hiddy did with your pix , it may work for you! You can use it. Post a small blurp on your site explaining the ignorance of people towards the breed. Talk a little about the extents they will go to, to try and dis credit the breed. Then place a link to her site, explain how it came to happen. | Terri i just went to your website and was touched thank you for sharing your animals with us!!! i watched all the videos on the youtube and cried i have never delt with the pitbull breed but only was told by those less knowledgable that they were horrible dogs and were told only bad stories about there behavior, i have come to tralize as i am a huge animal lover that these dogs are not givin a fair and proper chance at life only becouse of the lack of education for this breed i am writing a letter to my local pittbull rescue to see what i can do as an indivigual to help educate myself and others on this breed. thank you for opening my eyes and your heart . ↑ |

Charla,
That's wonderful that you are interested in helping the pitbull breed. I actually have not read any of those books. I have hands on experience LoL. I've fostered pitbulls and I have one of my own, obviously LoL. They are like no other! Once you go bully, you never go with any other breed. Atleast that's how I feel. Thanks again you are great!!

I saw your website, I made my own!! Why don't you go visit it http://www.myspace.com/pitbulllover85. If you were a true animal lover like you say, you wouldn't want any animal to suffer. I know even though I prefer pitbulls I love every breed and I don't like seeing abuse to any animal. I've worked with www.allbreed.org for years and have seen many tragedies with many dogs. It's depressing, but you do what you have to do to help the innocent animals who can't fend for themselves. Two days ago, my husband and I were driving and we saw a little pekingese running up a hill, I went to go jump out and my husband said "DON'T JUMP OUT WITH THAT HILL RIGHT THERE, IF A CAR COMES OVER THAT HILL YOU'LL BOTH BE DEAD". Luckily the dog ran into a neighborhood and when I got out he came running upto me. I stop for any dog, would you stop for a pitbull that was about to get hit? ↑ |

Oh, I forgot to tell you the story about the Pitbull that got hit by a car on a busy road. Yes, I stopped, I rang my vet and asked her to come straight away. Turned out she didnt need to because there was a vet around the block and someone had alerted him.
I stayed by the side of the road near the dog till he came. No one could get near the dog. It was as savage as anything.
As I said to you before TEZZA..... its not one Pitbull or another, its the breed in general that Im ANTI. ↑ |

So in other words, my vet lived about 5 suburbs away. I called her on the phone, and told her to come. I got off the phone and the other vet came about 2 minutes later. So I rang my vet back and said, dont bother coming, someone else is here.
So basically, I was quite prepared to pay for that dogs treatment. I guess that blows your theory of me being a heartless cad now doesnt it? ↑ |

If he was just hit by a car, I can see why he was probably confused and in pain. Dogs come in all the time to the vet and they are in pain and they will try to bite you.
