i need some advice.. i have a wonderful 3 yr old son named brett! i had him when i was 19. I was married to his father when i was 18 until i was 21. he and i had major differances and realised them after 6 yr realationship. and really once we got married. so we seperated. brett was two! now i am with a wonderful guy! i love more then anything! and can not see myself with out him! We have a beautiful 12 week old baby girl together and plan on getting married! bUT!! we have ONE problem! that is only seeming to get worse, instead of better causing us to fight! alot!
and its brett... he is 28 and has an 8 yr old son whom he never gets to see. anyway, we totally punish completly differant. in the beginning. he was great with brett and brett and him got along. but now that brett is old enough to realise that cory is NOT his dad, he doesn't always want to listen to everything corys says and runs to me when he gets in trouble. and i am the kind of mom, that no matter how much i love the guy, im not going to let them treat my babys wrong, so yes, i do get definsive since brett can not defend himself if i feel he is wrongfully being punished! well the past few months cory has gotten worse, just been straight up mean and rude to brett. he doesn't spank him or anything like that because i wont allow him, but he does anything and everything to get a negitive response out him since he can't get any other response out him him any other way. such as stupid little things like mocking him, or telling him, ok, its time for you to go to bed, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. just to hear him wine, and agrivate him, then when he starts saying NO, I dont wanna go to bed!! cory starts yelling at him telling him to stop being a cry baby and starts mocking him saying, waaaaa, waaaa, and its just so frustrating! i don't get it, and i get so mad, and hurt by this, that we just start getting into it! because hes 28 and brett is three! and the worst part is, brett has already told cory, I DON"T LIKE you, and says your mean to me! and i don't want it to be that waY!! I need some advice. please help... ↑ |

| I had just turned 18 when i got pregnent with my son Lucas, and graduate high school 8 months pragnant. He is now 6 months and its been hard being a single teen parent. I left my boy frend shorty after i got pregnant, he didnt want to grow up and treat me right and i didnt need that around my son. Its been hard trying to do everthing right. being a teen mom is tough but doing it alone is even harder. I give props to all you that take care of your kids by yourselfs. Its a tough job. one most people can never understand. ↑ |

heyy my advice is to just hang in there and u might find someone get someone to babysit austin for the night and go out with ur girls have some fun take a break.......im 16 and a teen mom with a 2 year old baby girl. i know how it is the father is not around he is a horrible person....
im just glad there are people in the samesituation.
and about the night out. it hhelps alot when ur feelin low or over-whelmed.
