call your family...or if theyre (the ex and family) giving you a hard time...can you move back to where your family is?...if thats not an option...daycare / babysitter for a couple of hours a week and find a hobby course you will enjoy...meet new friends and get some stress relief....You are not alone and would be surprised with who you may meet!
Hope you feel happier soon :-)

are you in australia?
you should be applicable for relief from the govt...if you are recieving benefits you will be applicable for 100% coverage...(up to a limit of course...e.g daycare charges 5.00 an hour govt will give 100% of maximum 3.90 an hour you pay the difference)

im from brisbane....i think you misunderstood me :-)
i meant for friends someone from work or another mother...maybe a mothers group?...dont know if you like that sort of thing or not...the only other suggestion i have is a class of some sort...maybe one that has childcare within the class...ask at centrelink...they may have some sort of connections for you
i know bundeburg isnt that big...but you never know what you may uncover there : )
