as a caring women who doesn't go after the most i can for child support, i have a strong opinion and many women would disagree with me, but i have to wonder and curious to know how a father who owes back child support who pays consistently, who pays arrearage fees right along with it, never gets taxes back because it goes to the mother, can possibly get caught up. that over the years the amount owed never goes down. giving the fathers that DO pay consistently a bad name. Anyone agree with this, knowing a loved one with the issue or has a caring heart toward these people cause there are men out there struggling themselves that do put lots of effort. ↓
