Hi I haven't posted here in a long time but I am looking for some advice. I am 22 years old and have cerebal palsy. I am cognitivly fine other then some ADD issues but I am in college. I am doubly incontinent so I am still in diapers 24/7. I cannot change myself which is a problem either my mom or an aide does the job. It makes it difficult to go out in public because it is not only embarassing if I soil my diaper it is embarrasing haviing an aide have to come to my class with me in case I need a change. I walk with a walker does anybody have any tips on how to diaper myself or how to make the whole process a little more discreet? I am sorry if I sound like I am complaining but I just need someone to vent to and need advice. I am also having trouble finding a diaper that doesn't leak. I wear Depends does anyone know of a more reliable brand? Sorry for so many questions but help would be apprciated.
