Hi! My name is Debbie. My son is 7 and has the exact 3 things as you mentioned. I am very frustrated that the docs still haven't diagnosed him yet ..........but now that isn't my priority. If you would like to talk email me at [email protected]. I hope to hear from you and maybe I can give you some info on what I have learned over the past 7 1/2 years. Take care!

I have been through similar issues with my children. Do you live in an area that has Early Intervention programs? Your pediatrician will know about them. New York has a very generous set of services.

Hi Beth. my name is Cindy. I have a 15yr old daughter who is globally delayed, hypotonia, her syndrome is 22q13. She did not walk till she was three and she only says a few words. She has been through alot of pyshio, ect. Sarah had a severe accident at school last year where she fractured her skull and now she has another diagnosis of Acquired brain injury.

It sounds a lot like what I went through with my 15 month old. My son was born at 26 weeks gestation weighing only 2 lbs, 14 oz, He had many delays. I expressed my concerns constantly with my doctors. He to can't sit up walk or talk and had hypotonia as well as hypertonia. Doctors finally have given me a diagnosis of CP.

my son has all three mentioned and more. we got a diagnosis almost a year ago after five years of frustration. his diagnosis is not mentioned in ANY of the forums presented on this website. it is extremely rare, if your interested you can e-mail me at [email protected]

my little one when he was a baby could not sit up / crawl or talk
found out that he got CP. get them check by a doctor who deals with CP or other disorders as a GP will not pick up stright away what it may or may not be.
Good Luck mine will be 16 this june thats been 16 years of our ups and downs but would not change a thing :)
