Hello,

My son Lucas is 3-1/2 and has CP. He was born at 27 weeks and developed bilateral brain bleeds (grade IV and III) along with Hydrocephalus and PVL.

He could hardly sit at 18 months so we enrolled him into an Intensive Pediatric Therapy clinic with Hyperbaric Oxygen.

He did so well and we were thrilled.

I was wondering if anyone else here has tried either of those therapies.

I have created a nonprofit organization to help parents who want to reach out for these wonderful therapies called Bright Steps Forward.

I would love to hear your stories.

Eileen

we are looking for a place to take alexis for suit therapy. any suggestions. we also have done fundraisers to raise enough money for it is very expensive. In pa gateway insurance medicaid will pay for adults to go to curvers a weight reducing work out but will not pay for this therapy?? how can we start a place in Pa for people who can't afford to go for 3 weeks?
