Hi there I also had a 2 year old who didn't speak turns out he was deaf, if I was you I would run a few test, turn tv on silent see if she is still as interested in it and make different notices clap hands ect see if she responds if she does all you need is a speech therapist who will train you to start her talking it's all for piece of mind ↑

Good services are hard to come by, but I have seen lasting results with them. All the best. ↑
