I am 31 wk pg. My pregnancy was diagnosed with SUA at 14 wks. My daughter also has dialated kidneys, but they have started to go down a little. I am looking for anyone else who has dealt or is dealing with SUA and/or dialated kidneys (aka. fetal pyelectasis) I have been told these are both soft markers for downs syndrome. My 14 wk triple screen came back elevated, but another at 18 wks was normal. All sonos have looked very good (except for kidneys) Growth rate is in the 80% ↓

i was just diagnosed with sua while being checked for downs syndrome through an ultrasound not really sure about much about it...i just had a 1st trimester scan and they are recommending an amnio... ↑
