can anyone give me some advice on how to get my one-year-old to eat? she's even starting to refuse her favorite foods the past few days. thank you. ↓

try having her help you with preparing the food...sometimes that makes them want to eat and try making it look fun...like if it is PB&J make into a fun shape...hope that helps... ↑

I have the same problem with my 18 month old son he is about a 7 month old level. I am not sure this will work, but I am willing to give it a try. He doesn't like to drink either, so I play games and have tried different ways to get him to drink like thru a cup. That helps. Monday we are going to a speech pathologist who is going to help me with his eating problems :) ↑
