I would take a stroller. But if you don't want to take one you could always rent one at the parks.

Hi my name is mellisa im from the sahms forum anyways we toke my daughter last summer to disneyland and she was 3 years old and we toke a stroller, she didnt use it all that much but by the end of the day she was so tired and she fell asleep in it, so i would say take on just in case and it helps when you buy things you can hang the bags on the handles along with your bag you take with extra clothes and snacks and what not.
