You need to find time to eat. You will not lose any weight on 2 meals a day b/c your matabulism slows down that way. I personnaly drink slim fast shakes for missed meals. They have lots of things I need, keep my system running great, and I don't miss a meal b/c they are quick. Make a point each time before you lay down to sleep to do sit-ups/crunches and some push ups. This should take 5-10 min. Make time to walk alot. Park further away from places ect. Those are just some little ways to help. The big one is 6 small meals to keep stuff going through your system though. Don't skip and don't eat till you are full.

WAIT!!! Don't do anything until baby is at least 3 months old. For some reason we always feel so overwealmed by everything until about that point. Then we seem to have a scheduled life, and those few minutes of extra time we need, the will power we seemed to lack, and the confidence that seemed to disappear suddenly pops right back up!

As Tabatha stated, her baby will be one next month - not one month.
Tabatha, I agree w/ Roxanne to a point - eat small meals through out the day and excercise 10 to 15 min. a day and slowly increase. Example of my small meals: Yogurt & Banana, Veggies and dip (I love guacomole - I use this as my dip), Kellogs cereal (bowl) w/ bananas, small portion of dinners. I don't cut out the things I love - I just eat smaller portions. Another big thing is, don't sit and watch TV of go to sleep in your bed after you eat dinner. Clean up the house, Organize a draw or whatever until you feel you are able to do some exercises. I hope this helps.

What kind of occupation do you have? I have a one year old and i'm 8 months pregnant and well i have my hands full also. I work 40 hours a week and so does my boyfriend so it gets hard. I drink only water and i bring differnt fruit and then some travel size apple sauce. With my first child after i had her i went on a slim fast diet and well that filled me up quite a bit and well take all your vitaimes and that worked for me i lost like 50 pounds in 8 months then here we go again good luck.

Hey Tabatha.....are you me???? I can't believe it but I am having the exact same problem. My son is now 7 months old and I am having a very hard time losing the weight. I too go to work in the evening. My husband works 8am-5pm and I work 6pm-midnight. I don't know what you do but I am a restaurant supervisor. No offense to anyone but it is pretty hard to come home from a busy shift and do sit ups...or not eat when you have missed dinner....so my advice to you is some that I am trying to adhere to myself. I am trying to have 3 normal meals aday. Take time to eat breakfast.....sometimes I wake up after only 3 hours of sleep but I still say ok lets have breakfast...each a healthy lunch at noon then try and eat an early dinner.... then maybe a snack early evening. maybe this will help you. It has really helped me to regulate my system. Working nights is hard and I hope you realize all your goals.

Cease the late night eating!!!! You need to reorganize. Eat your dinner at 4pm and nothing else the rest of the day. Drink water or diet right,(it has no calories, caffiene, carbs or sodium). If you really have the urge to eat,eat light things like a side salad or caramel rice cakes or light popcorn but if you drink enough water or diet right you should remain pretty satisfied.I dont eat after 7pm and have lost 15 lbs. since january. When you eat dinner at 4pm,make sure you get full. That should curb your appetite for quite awhile. Also,I dont know what your job is but if you stand alot, try to run in place a minute here and there when you can or if you sit, bring some 5lb. bumbells to work with you and workout your arms when you have a minute or 2. These little things will make a difference. On your days off,put the baby in a stroller and walk, walk, walk. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen.
