Hi everyone. When I first had my daughter, I cried for days when I went back to work. I missed her so much. I think that this is a stage that every mother goes through. Wait till there older and they start telling you off, you won't miss them so much! LOL

Hi, I know that there is alot of advertisement for working at home here, but be very careful alot of them are scams. I did alot of research, due to the fact that I wanted to stay home with my daughter, invested alot of money and made little or no moey off of them. I currently do work at home, because lucky for me I was finally introduced to a home based business that aloowed me to stay at home and make a good income. My advice is to research the company before investing any money at all.

Help fight for more maternity leave. America is not as family friendly as our politicians would like us to believe.

I feel your pain, I hope that it has gotten better!!! I’m writing you because I feel that you have a need that I can help you with! I recently started working from home witha team that is partnered with a 21 year-old, Inc. 500 Wellness Company. They manufacture exceptional wellness, health, and consumable products at exceptional prices. These are products in which you can delight in discovering, trust in using, and take pride in sharing. Nobody ever sells anything. They operate like a catalog company. The investment to start your own business is only $29, and you don’t have to sell, stock or deliver products. There’s no risk; all their products are guaranteed. People all over the country are making $500, $1000, $2000, 5, 10, even $20,000 or more per month. It would take me about 20-30 minutes to explain to you how it works. Just go onto: www.workathomeunited.com/jmcginniss

I know how you feel. I went back to work in January (after being off on maternity leave for three months) thinking it would get easier as time went on. But with every growth spurt and development in his personality, I miss my son tremendously. I often lash out at my husband about such matters and am irritated when my wonderful caregiver tells me my son is doing things that I missed or has graduated from the bottle to the sippy-cup. THAT'S MY JOB! I typically work Monday-Friday 9-5 and I have no idea what his routine is on the weekends. It seems like the weekends are a blur and he is frustrated with me because he is use to the routine of his caregiver's. When I have him to myself, I get nervous because I rarely have him all to myself. How do I go from full time to parttime and convince my husband we will be just fine with our income level. I want to be with my son and be "Mommy" as well as working and be "Grets".

Hello, I am big on staying at home with my kids. I feel it is best. It is not easy when you are not married to a rich man or come from money, but you have to ask yourself what is more important? Will you get this time back? No. Can you live without a new car? Yes. Can you do without dinners out or manicures? Yes. If you can afford a full time real nanny, which can't be cheap, t then you might me in a financial situationto where you don't need to work if you can sacrifice a few things. There are always ways around things. If you like the interaction, maybe you could work part time or even work when your husband is at home, so no nanny. Everyone has different situations, but you can control a lot of things an choices in your life. No might be a good time to think about a degree if you don;t have one. You can get loans to help out, but incure debt, but also get some interaction. Just think about what makes you happy and feel secure with an make it work. I have been a poor single and poor married mom so I can stay at home because this is what I feel comfortable with.

Bascially your brain thinks that the baby is your body organ so it tells u that you r mising somthng. But relax ur baby has its own defence plan which has been programmed when it was in u by no other than your brain! so ur baby is safe.
