Good morning!

I am conducting research for a nonfiction book that deals with the effects that a career and motherhood have on women. I am looking for women of all ages and sociological backgrounds who would be willing to answer a few questions.

Some of these questions can be personal, and all questions are optional. If you do not feel comfortable answering a certain question please leave it blank. Please send all completed surveys to [email protected]

Thank you for your time and assistance,

Elisabeth Kay

How do you think that having a mother who works outside the home affects your children, both positively and negatively?

Do you experience stress due to the demands of both work and motherhood on your time? In what ways?

Do you feel that your income is needed for survival (food and shelter), that your income is needed to maintain the lifestyle you desire (good neighborhood, better schools for the children, etc), or that your career is not necessary for income but rather for your own personal satisfaction? Please be as detailed as possible.

What sort of satisfaction/pride/happiness do you get from your career?
