well i figured out if you give them a route and be as nice as you can it helps and it leaves not time for any other kids but sometimes you get to the point that you dont think you can take it anymore but dont give up it gets better i am going though it myself love the child the best you can

May I suggest an easy form of behavior modification? Things like getting dressed by themself earns a big red star. Picking up toys at the end of the day earns a star. Brushing their teeth, etc. Stuff like that. Age approperate. Things like talking back will remove a star. Not doing as they are told will remove a star. This should help with unwanted behavior. Once they get like 5 stars throughout the day, reward the good things with a dessert. This is usually hard to start but if you hang in there, it will prove to be a positive thing and the kids think it is awesome. Update it yearly! Hopefully this will be all that is needed. If not, it will help until your child is old enough for medicine.
Good luck!
