I want to start my son on omega 3 but I am not sure of what brand to get him. I don't want to buy something that is not good. And does anyone know if it's ok to give the omega 3 and meds. at the same time? please help, will really it. thanks ↓

I take omega 3 and my medications, I think it helps. Just make sure you get the Omega 3's that have some kind of flavor to them....they taste terrible if you get an upset stomach! :O) ↑

you need to get the really high strength omega oils such as eye q oils you can often get them in boots buy one get one free etc, dont get boots own brand it is no good . a paediatrician gave me the list o tryd and tested oils and this one top ( my son whos 8 has adhd. ↑
