Name: snappyt [ Original Post ] My daughter is 5 and every waking moment is hell. She has not been Dx'd officially. But i work for a ped. and she says she has all the signs. My daughter doesn't listen to onething i tell her...she constantly has problems with other kids, she is so impulsive and never can sit still. I am a mother of 3 other girls ages 16-7 and anone of them have ever given me this kinda of problems...I feel alot of anger toward my daughter. I have heard they don't like to medicate at this age...How can i cope, Ihave cut out sugar....she take melatonin to sleep at night... as she wakes up all the time without it..... ↓

your not alone.my son is 6 he,s like the devils child from the moment he wakes up.i.v tried being posative and rewards on the odd occation when he,s good but nothink seems to work.he starts medication in 3 weeks and i would love to see just a little improvement.i love my son so much but i feel i let him down as i have real problems trying to cope with his behaviuor.so lets keep our chins up and do our best for our children.if anyone one else is at there wits end please feel free to e mail me at.tracie.such@orange.net ↑
