dream belly is an adorable child with a spunky attitude. he is almost always smiling and enjoys being the center of attention. belly is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. he also likes to play with his dolls and play dress up. belly favorite foods are pancakes and Happy Meals from McDonald’s. Diagnosed with mild delays in the areas of communication and social interaction, he caregivers are committed to helping her overcome these obstacles.
