My name is Brenda Kelly with A Rainbow's End Adoptions. We are a license and bonded facilitator with with the State of California. We have been in business for nearly 25 years. We have a situation, whereby the birth mom is in Arizona and is early in her pregnancy. She is a returning birth mom so she is familiar with the process. She lives near Tucson and would like a couple near there as well. There is no drug or alcohol use. It is a full Caucasian situation. Our fees are $9000 paid intermittently, and birth mother expenses are between $5k and $10k. This does not include legal or attorney fees.
