It is Africa. There are internet cafes all over the place. They spend an hour or two on the internet posting situations- babies, pets, etc. In terms of adoption, when all you want is a little some people will send money without talking to an atttorney or agency. Send a few hundred or thousands and it more they can make in a day/week.
They get away with it as there is no world wide internet police. Once you wire money out of the country, you will never see it again. ↑ |
