We're close to obtaining a travel visa for our adopted child, but are in the midst of horrific dealings with the American Embassy in Cote D'Ivoire. Can anyone offer suggestions or share experiences? As an American citizen, I'm shocked at what has transpired. Is this experience normal? ↓
