I know the heartache of wanting to adopt and finding myself in the position of not having tens of thousands of dollars to afford an agency to try to adopt. Even with an agency fee paid, there are still years to wait, and the heartache lingers on. This site however has became a favored spot of scams. Understand, you are not alone in wanting that void in your life filled, but this site is not where you need to list your information to be made a fool of.
Consider foster parenting, it is low cost, legal and it does work, but it also takes time and you have to open yourself to different ages.
Start a savings account. Instead of going out to eat, put it in the bank and save towards that adoption agency fee.
Consider embryo adoption if applicable.
Craigslist is another option, but work through an adoption lawyer so you don't get scammed.
There are many different options, just keep in mind, this board is for discussions about adoption, the pros, cons, heartaches and joys. Not to find the baby . The ones "placing" their babies aren't legit. Save yourself the heartache, look somewhere else. ↓
