| icechick, i normally just lurk here. i REALLY hope this match works out for you! just sensitive to scams b/c we had 2 scam situations while we were waiting for our child. is the expectant mom you're in touch with, by any chance from california? i saw 2 suspicious posts on other boards from a lady due in 2/07. something about the posts seem fishy to me. hopefully, the lady you are in contact with is someone totally different is completely legit. just please double and triple check all info!!! the first scam was completely missed by our atty. Had we not caught it on our own, our lawyer was about to start paying expenses for her. you need to be your best advocate in this process good luck. keep us posted. ↑ |

We adopted our beautiful daughter 5 months ago - which seems like just yesterday - but I still remember how it felt when our lovely BM told us that she wanted us to be her baby's parents!
