Name: momof1 [ Original Post ] Hello everyone. I hope everyone had a good week. My son had a Doctors appointment today. He is scheduled for surgery next week. They said that he has to be fever free for 24 hours. One good thing though, his fever has come down. I hope we have a quite weekend (in the sense of him being sick).... ↓

No, his Dr. said that he will be in at least 24-48 hours. His stay all depends on how he does. They are taking his tonsils and adnoids (sp?) out. ↑

Okay, I've had that surgery aloooong time ago. I was in a week! Telling my age now... I'll keep you in my thought and prayers! Oh by the way, I've never had strep throat since then either. But watch out for earaches! ↑

Mom of 1, That is great news that his fever is going down, sorry he has to have surgery but I know it will all be ok! It is now very typical for kids to stay in after TNA's because of the bleeding risk, we will be praying for him and good luck. Shauna ↑
