You can't really tell if someone on the board is telling the truth unless you communicate with them and read between the lines. If you have spoke to someone that said they are pregnant and you are looking into adoption then you both will go through a process of exchanging information perhaps through agencies or lawyers or meeting on your own. Are you trying to find out if someone is pregant that has posted or someone that you know? ↑

I'm sorry I have recieved so many emails. Feel free to email me again. If you are a birth mother and need to find out if a couple is who they say they are, you can send out the local social services to have them checked out and do a home study. If you are just trying to find out if someone is pregnant that you know, well there are so many different ways to try to get the truth out. Alot of young girls don't want to others to know and will go through alot to hide it. Some have hid the pregnancy and then abandoned the baby at birth. It's very sad. ↑

Kim NO you casn not Just call social services and Have them go out and Have them perform a homestudy not that easy does Not work that way they would refer anyone to an agency in that area, etc So your answer is incorrect Please do not give out information to these vulnerable young ladies. That is not proven fact and for every state this is not possible. ↑

You do not have to go thru an agency to have a home study done. A lawyer sets it up for you. Or you can hire like a Catholic charity to do it or a Lutheran Church Organization. It costs around $2000.00. Also, depends on the state you live in. This is true with Virginia laws, I'm doing it now. ↑

Each state is different, that is true. If you go through social services to do the adoption, they are usually the one to perform the home study and if you go through an agency, they usually do the home study. ↑

What you need to do is go and meet that person and ask them to be part of the doc visit's. ↑
