| Pattyjb, what Carolyn has told you would be highly illegal to do. She can not just "give" you her baby legally, and she certainly can not sell her baby to you legally. Also, since the baby was born in KY, ICPC would have to be involved in the placement as well as an attorney or agency. ↑ |
