There is so many familes that can not have babies and these adoption agencys in my book just rip people off and charge them up to 50.000 for adoption ok let me ask this what If I was to say that I am able to have a child in every way but one thing stopping me I had my tubes tied and as now I want them undone and I want another child I wonder is it legal to help a family out and help my self at the same time and that I mean I read where a young woman had a tubial reversal and it was paid for by the family all legal and all by the courts and then she had her child and then became pregnant with the couples child and the only expence was that she gave the young woman living expence is that legal please.

Anything can be legal if the lawyers word it properly. If the two have nothing to do with each other ie, I pay for your tubal reversal just because I want to and then you can have a baby for me just because you want to. Some states don't allow for living expenses to be paid but if you didn't want any living expenses I don't see how it could be illegal. Having said that, would you be willing to carry a child for a couple using your egg and the sperm of the other man? Post here with your answer.

I believe everything you are asking is leagle. You can pay for a womans time and energy and expenses to have your child as long as it is not paid as buying her child. And yes a person could pay for your tubes to be reversed and you can have a baby for them. I would like to talk to you more on this we have been looking to adopt or have a surrogate with no luck yet so if you are seriously looking to do this please e-mail me at [email protected] and we can talk further

I have a friend who recently went to Mexico and had a tubal reversal because it is so much cheaper there. It was only about 5 months ago and she already got pregnant although she did have a very early miscarriage. The fact remains, that she is able to get pregnant now. If you want info where she had is done and cost, email me at [email protected]

I would guess it would be legal as long as the couple paying for the reversal was doing it out of the goodness of their heart. Because reversals are not 100 per cent and so there wouldn't be any legal promises.

That's great! My cousin had a reversal done. She miscarried the first time she was pregnant. But she delivered a 8 pound girl last month. She has two boys with her first husband. I hope everything goes well in your case.
