| if u are looking for a AA child or any race u can go throw the state foster and have one in less than a year u can look at some profiles at adoptuskids and go through your welfare department to get a home study done cheap by them ↑ |

| They have wonderful children all over the country some have special needs and some are just a little older but they can be adopted as said below through the state pretty quick. they even have some that are young go to the site and take a look good luck ↑ |
