I was on another board and the adoptive family oculdnt solicit birthmoms and ask the birthmom to consider them as the family for her baby. ↓

EVERY adoptive mom on here is also advertising on other sites.

We need to network for us to be picked.

So unless I misunderstood your question, this is the way we locate our birthmoms.
