J has had her baby. It has been reported to DHS and the Attorney General to watch for the adoption, so I was told. Also, local attorneys are helping the DHS. So let's see how this adoption will work out. I was contacted about a baby that J.P. said she adopted a few years ago. I told them she was lying she didn't adopt but I was told they are looking for a missing baby. Should be interesting in the town of S. ↓

Hope the baby's mommy Jessica is doing ok and opens her eyes at some point. I am sure she didn't carry this baby just have her removed.
Wonder if they will do it the easy way out,,,,,,,,,so J and J don't have to do a h/s? If they do a guardianship/custody, eventually J and J will have to file abandoment on Jessica in order to adopt.
Not sure Jessica needs that on her record. Who would want that?
There are laws in place on how soon one must file a petition to adopt. That means once a baby is placed for the purpose of adoption a petition to adopt must be filed. ↑ |

I personally will be alerting the the authorities. Baby buying is illegal and Janet can add it to her list of crimes.
No person who is aware of that baby in that household and doesn't do anything about it is guilty of neglect. The mental illnesses and James history mean that that baby is in danger. ↑ |

I just read Jessica Pattersons Myspace and that girl seems very troubled. I know Janet Posey would not give a damm about her now that she has the baby. I also was very disturbed to see photos of James with her little girl in an inapropriate pose. Hmmm.
I think I will contact Jessica Pattersons relatives to see if they will step in and save this girl and her children from a lifetime of pain. She comes from Chase Kansas right? Is that where her family come from? ↑ |

Lol Janet Posey emailed me pretending to be Jessica Patterson. She lied and said she got married. I rang and checked and as usual it was a lie. The funny thing is the guy she said she married was on the sexual offenders list right after her husband James Posey.
