From time to time I come across great resources and I thought I would start posting some here to help out other hopeful adoptive parents as I know how tough the search can be to bring home our little angels. And hopefully this will be a way to help make this board a little more positive.
My first tip is to check out www.nwae.org, it is the adoption exchange for the northwest area of the country. If you click on Oregon in particular they consistently seem to have MANY young children and toddlers under 5 that need homes and many young sibling groups too. Not mention older children that always need homes. Good luck! ↓
