Hey there Shellie. I just want to encourage you to check out your local DFCS for the foster-to-adopt program. I am the proud foster mom of a now 9-month-old baby girl with whom I was paired when she was 2 months old. We are very close to termination of parental rights on her biological folks, with adoption being the goal, and I'm so glad I went this route.
