She is not making an adoption plan for them. You have to go to the website and contact Oregon Children Services. ↑

This is the site that we are talking to about a beautiful little four yr old. You have to be homestudy ready and you have to have taken an extra class for these kids. Most are from very disturbed backgrounds and need alot of love and attention or special medical needs. They will let you know about the class. This class is specifically for special needs kids. This does not mean all the kids are in need of this but it is too help the parents also in learning what these kids may have gone through prior to being in foster care. Some were starved of food and effection or drug related cases. We have sent in our information on beautiful little Jessica.

Thanks Mommyinwaiting. We have heard positive and negative things about foster/adopt and are just holding our breathe in that area right now. So we thought OK lets get ourselves back out there. Hopefully we will be contacted by fostercare or a birthmom soon.

Just so everyone knows when I see any child under the age of 4 listed online I first must ask is this a state that has mandated that all children (even those being adopted by their foster parents or a birth family member Must be listed) Or is this a child with some serious issues that take training and alot of time and compassion as well as patience to care for. Most will have severe medical issues such as these little ones and Yes they are adorable.
You need to go to that site look up the younger kids for that State Oregon then contact the Listed case worker for that child Yourself and have Your agency or social worker also respond for you. Find out first of all are those children or that child still in need of an adoptive home? Will they consider an out of state Home? Is that child eligable for subsidy? You will need that especially the medical part especially for seriously medically fragile children.
