That is great news! I wish California had a similar program. We do have fost adopt programs, but they indicated not very many babies are placed and that older children have a lot of issues to deal with. My attorney has told me I should talk with different social workers at local hospitals and let them know I am represented by him and am connected with the social services with the state incase they have situations that come up. Plus we have been presented to BM's that are incarcerated that want to place their babies for adoption. ↑ |

That's interesting-being presented to incarcerated moms. My Brother in law is a corrections officer at the county correctional facility and had to escort a female inmate to the hospital because they thought she was in labor. It was false labor and I was joking with him-maybe she wanted her baby to be adopted. ↑ |

See you never know and the way I see it we all make mistakes and bad choices, I am hoping that if we get picked that way I would like to think she just made a really bad choice and that is why she ended up in prison or jail. Did your brother-in-law tell you what it is like for those poor women that have to have their baby at the hospital. My attorney gave me very detailed information that just sadden my heart. I would hate to go thru labor and delivery attached to the bed. ↑ |

Yes I know all prisoners have to receive medical treatment while handcuffed to the bed. You never know-be open to anything! I am! ↑ |
